- Exchanging purchased product with a better quality product

- Gift purchase but the person whom gift given does not like that product.
USED OR OPEN BOX PRODUCTS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
(100% refund or exchange without any charges except difference of price)
ACCEPTABLE CRITERIA:
- manufacturing issue
- The product is not working as described
- Lower quality as compared to a product description published or informed
UNACCEPTABLE CRITERIA
(Partial Refund: Refund only issued 40% to 60% of the paid amount. In exchange: the customer will pay the difference in price and a restocking fee of 20% to 40% of paid amount)
- Exchanging purchased product with a better quality product
- Exchanging purchased products for different or better product
- Change of mind
- Gift purchase but the person whom gift given does not like that product.
UNOPENED BOX PRODUCTS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

(Partial Refund: Refund only issued 65% to 75% of the paid amount. In exchange: a restocking fee will be applied and the customer will pay the difference in price)

UNACCEPTABLE CRITERIA FOR ZERO REFUND OR EXCHANGE:
- Any same products 3 or more quantity
- Any Bulk return 3 or more quantity
IMMEDIATELY UNACCEPTABLE RETURN OF PRODUCTS:
- Any storage devices like memory cards etc
- Any used headphones or devices which physically touch and worn for using
- Product what we order and took advance payment before placing an order to a third party on request
- Product without receipt
- Physical damage products
- Water damage products
- Manipulated products

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS:
- Email us at info@WholesaleProductsPro.com with the order number, reason for return, and product detail.
- After confirmation, follow return page, send return products via mail to Our Physical Address in Canada (only use tracked services)
- After inspection, we will immediately process your refund or exchange (Processing time 3 to 15 working days)
- The refund amount will be back to the original payment of the method and the buyer
- Refund via etransfer, there is a $1.5 Cad fee applied before returning the amount.
